The location by the slopes is very convenient for skiing enthusiasts. the view of the mountains from the balconies is picturesque. the staff members are friendly and welcoming.

Great buffet breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. The stunning terrace overlooking the mountains provided a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view. The spa facilities, including the pool, hot tub, and steam room, were well-maintained and added a touch of luxury to our stay.

The lack of milk in the room for the coffee/tea provided was inconvenient, although the staff were helpful in providing some when requested.

The room was not cleaned every day, and even though we paid less for a small twin room with no balcony, we would have liked a table tennis bat and balls. we wished there was milk in the room for the provided coffee/tea, even if it was just in capsules of long-life milk.

I had a spectacular stay at this hotel, where my high-end relaxation needs were fully met with the luxurious amenities. the spa and wellness center was a heavenly oasis, featuring a variety of services like massages, facials, and body wraps that left me feeling revitalized. the serene sun terrace was a perfect place to unwind and relish the stunning views of the mountains. the room amenities and dining service offered at the restaurant were exclusive, making me feel like a VIP.

The only issue I experienced was the noise level around the Leisure/ TV room, which could be a downside for those wanting a quieter night. this minor flaw didn't overshadow the fabulous overall experience that the hotel offered, and I would certainly recommend this venue to anyone who desires a luxurious and peaceful mountain getaway.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was so close to the ski slopes. Additionally, the facilities, cleanliness, and the staff were top-notch. We enjoyed the complimentary spa access and the amazing breakfast.

The view from the room was breathtaking. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options and was delicious. The location was perfect, with easy access to the slopes and nearby activities.

There was no table tennis equipment available, so we couldn't play. The room also lacked basic amenities, such as a balcony.

For the price we paid, we got amazing value and a cozy room with stunning mountain views. The location was perfect, right by the main lifts, and the staff treated us like family, especially the receptionist who was absolutely gorgeous!

The food for breakfast could be improved by adding more variety, like freshly squeezed orange juice.
